General Guidelines

1. Respect: Treat all members with kindness, dignity, and impartiality.
2. Integrity: Uphold ethical standards in all interactions, both online and offline.
3. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications and actions.

Collaboration

1. Transparency: Clearly communicate your intent and interests in collaborative endeavors.
2. Accountability: Fulfill your commitments and obligations in collaborative projects.
3. Credit: Properly attribute and give credit for shared or borrowed ideas, data, or solutions.

Privacy & Confidentiality

1. Data Security: Respect the privacy and data security of all members.
2. NDA Compliance: Honor any non-disclosure agreements made within or regarding the network.

Conflict Resolution

1. Open Dialogue: Address conflicts directly and constructively with the parties involved.
2. Moderation: In unresolved disputes, network administrators may be involved to facilitate a solution.

Inactivity & Compliance

1. Participation: Stay active to keep your membership status; inactive members may be removed.
2. Compliance: Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in a warning or expulsion from the network.
